In order to process and ship your order with 2nd Day or overnight shipping on the same business day, submit your order by the time noted above.
See below for additional details on Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses and International Locations. Shipping to select remote destinations may result in extended shipping times. Please note, Express Service may not be available for some remote destinations.
All shipments will be shipped via USPS. Orders over $100 at time of check-out will be shipped with Signature Required at time of delivery. Please ensure to make the proper arrangements to receive your package by reviewing the status of the tracking to avoid delivery failure.
- A signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight and 2nd Day shipments. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during “Checkout”.
- PLEASE NOTE: all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package please:
1. Check with neighbors and family members
2. Look around the delivery location
3. Check for notice of attempted delivery
4. Contact the carrier directly who can assist further
Note: Miyoshi Miyagi monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper).
Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days. Orders shipped to U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date.
Orders are processed & shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If your order is placed after the shipping cut-off time, it’ll be processed the following business day. Our distribution centers are closed on the following U.S. holidays and orders won’t be processed on these days:

All refunds will be credited back to the account in 3-5 days depending on the financial institution. For further details on the status of your refund to your account, please reach out to your financial institution and they will be more than happy to assist further.
Returns Policy
All authorized returns are only valid for 14 days from the date issued. All returns must be received within the given timeline. Once the authorized RMA is expired, it cannot be extended nor re-issued. Returns received with an expired RMA will be refused.
Once the return is received and inspected, a replacement will be sent, unless a refund is requested. Please note, turnaround time for the replacement or refund, normally takes 5-7 days from the completion date of receipt and inspection.
Return Instructions
Please contact us, our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a return label, return instructions and the return shipping address.
1. Print It: Print the return label from your email.
2. Pack It: Carefully pack items into the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
3. Ship It: Take the package to any UPS location or request a pickup by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS (subject to UPS fees). Full instructions are included in the return label email.
Return Shipping Cost
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the item, and you will need to cover the cost of the return label.
Exchange Instructions
If you would like to exchange a product(s), simply return the eligible unwanted product(s). A refund will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. You may then place a new order for the product(s) you wish to purchase at any time.
Damaged Items:
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, handle with care to take a photo and video of damaged item(s), please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us immediately for assistance.
